Jeremy is the owner and main property manager of Executive Property Management. He has been developing our company and learning the industry since 2008. He was a one-man-show until 2012. He knows every aspect of the business! When he has some free time, he's volunteering and teaching Work Life classes at the non-for-profit organization, One City, that he and his wife, Raelenna, founded. He enjoys spending time with Raelenna, traveling with family and friends, golfing with his boys, and serving at his church.

Raelenna is the Marketing Director and on-staff Realtor of Executive Property Management. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and is consistently in the top 1% of sales in our area. She works with our investors in both buying and selling. Raelenna and her husband, Jeremy, are the owners of Executive Property Management and they will tell you "we live and breathe Real Estate", it's just a part of life for them. In her very rare spare time, Raelenna loves traveling with her family and friends, volunteering at the animal shelter, helping the local non-for-profit she and Jeremy founded, One City, and regularlly attending and serving at Grace Church. 

Lance has been with the company since 2014. He is our property manager and manages all the maintenance and our vendors. He also conducts regular property inspections, orchestrates the many details of move outs and move ins, stays in regular communication with our investors and acts as a liaison between them and their investments. Lance was born and raised in Jackson and enjoys spending time with his children and family. 

Catherine joined the company in 2017 as our Leasing and Marketing Manager and currently serves as both Leasing and Marketing Manager and Office Manager. She oversees website management, company and property marketing, application processing, and lease preparation, playing a key role in connecting residents with their future homes while also helping manage day-to-day office operations.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, often found at ballparks or on outdoor-inspired vacations. Originally from southern Mississippi, she regularly travels back to visit family and friends.

Alexis is a dedicated real estate assistant who excels in processing applications and managing all aspects of property management. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service make her an invaluable asset to our team. Outside of work, Alexis loves spending quality time with her family and her handsome pup, Memphis.

Mark is our top-notch maintenance guy, bringing exceptional skills and dedication to his work. A retired Marine, Mark's discipline and attention to detail shine through in everything he does. Outside of work Mark is in a ministry roll in his church and cherishes every moment spent with his wife and two daughters. Mark's commitment to excellence and his warm personality make him an invaluable part of our team.

Gail joined our team in 2026 and brings many years of experience in real estate and finance. She oversees all aspects of our accounting, including owner payments, rent collections, vendor payments, and more—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Gail loves soaking up the outdoors, whether she’s relaxing by the pool or camping with her sweet dog.

Lindsey joined the Executive Property Management team in 2026 and serves as our Tenant Relations Manager. She is the first point of contact for prospective residents, conducts property showings, and develops new systems and processes to better serve both our investors and tenants.

A fun fact about Lindsey is that before joining our team, she was actually one of our residents! Having rented from EPM herself, she brings a unique perspective and firsthand knowledge of the experience we strive to provide.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, who is excited to become a big brother soon.
